It was the annual Christmas luncheon and fashion show for the prestigious Jonathan Club in Los Angeles. Several hundred women had gathered to celebrate the holidays with their friends and to see Travilla's new creations. Travilla has presented the holiday fashion show for over a decade, and the excitement built as the time grew near for the show to begin. (Click on any of the photos for a larger view).

Jim Frey, National Sales Director for Travilla, took the stage to welcome the ladies and to let them know that a special celebrity model would be joining the other models on the catwalk. He mentioned that this person loved to wear the Travilla line, and that when he asked her to participate in the fashion show she was more than happy to do whatever she could. A gasp and cheers went up from the crowd as Jim announced the start of the show and Florence Henderson!

Florence strutted her stuff on the catwalk and the audience loved her. The other models looked fabulous, and many beautiful pant suits, dresses and gowns were shown. Each model wore about 12 different outfits during a 30 minute show and they all looked cool and collected on the catwalk, but backstage was organized chaos. Florence of course looked cool and collected herself, in the 4 outfits she modeled - a grey pantsuit, a blue cocktail dress with jacket, a sexy long black fitted dress, and a gold dress with matching floor length coat.

The show ended with the presentation of Lourdes Chavez, the talented woman who designed all the beautiful clothes that were shown this afternoon.
