Florence decided to show some desserts that are easily made with chocolate, such as chocolate covered fruit. She also wanted to explain how to use chocolate to decorate a plate before serving cake or fruit. The staff from "The Donny & Marie Show" walked Florence through the set, and showed her the setup for the cooking segment. As on all cooking segments, there were ingredients for making the desserts, and there were also finished desserts ready to show the audience. Some of the ingredients were hot fudge, melted chocolate, and whipped cream.

The segment started off very normally. Donny, Marie and Florence reminisced about their days doing variety shows. Apparently the old Donny & Marie show used to tape right next door to The Brady Bunch Variety Hour. You could tell they were old friends catching up because it was very comfortable and friendly. Marie and Florence discussed doing "The Sound of Music." Florence played Maria in the touring company back when it first came out, and Marie played Maria in a recent tour of the show. After some funny clips and comments, it was time for the cooking segment.

Florence began showing her chocolate sauce, and Donny thought he'd try it out. He began playing with the chocolate and whipped cream. He sort of squirted a little on Florence, and so she casually squirted him back. Marie took the can away from both of them, and they moved on to talking about the next dessert. But Donny got the can back, snuck up behind Florence and covered her head with whipped cream! She picked up the spoon from the hot fudge, and it was a food fight! Whipped cream and hot fudge were flying everywhere. Donny and Florence got covered but Marie managed to stay clean. It was hysterical! The audience was going crazy, and everyone on the stage was too! They finally got it under control, and Florence even managed to finish her presentation and remembered to sing a song that was planned.

As usual, Florence managed to turn an ordinary encounter into something extraordinary! The audience was thrilled to have witnessed Mrs. Brady covering Donny Osmond in whipped cream and hot fudge. Everyone was a wonderful sport, and it was a show to remember!
